large potatoes

can corn niblets
drained

white sugar

Instructions
Preheat convection oven at 375 degrees F.
Prepare tin foil around 1 foot in length. Set aside.
Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, corn, sugar, and oil.
Pour the mixture into the tin foil, fold the middle and then the edges.
Put the tin foil in a baking tray, then bake in the oven for 1 hour at 375F.
Add butter and mix.
Put in a bowl, then serve with your favorite beef, chicken, or pork dishes.
