Basic Pancakes
A basic pancake is a classic breakfast that can be topped with variety of flavors. This pancake can be topped with blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, or any fruit you can think of. You can then drizzle it with your favorite syrup.

Ingredients

flour

tablespoons
white sugar

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

eggs
1 ¼

milk
¼
cup
melted butter or oil
Extra oil for the pan
Instructions
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs, milk, and butter. Blend gently together.
Preheat skillet or pan to medium heat, drizzle with small amount of oil.
Pour ½ cup batter into the pan, when the pancake starts to have bubbles, turn pancake over.
Repeat step 4, until done.
