Instructions
Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease the muffin tray or line it with muffin liner cups.
Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add the milk, melted butter or oil, and egg. Blend well.
Fold in the chopped apples.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
