Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

tablespoon
oil

cloves
garlic
minced

onion
finely chopped

pound
large shrimp
peeled and deveined
2
teaspoons
oyster sauce
1-2
tablespoons
honey
Instructions
In a pan, on medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Season with oyster sauce and honey and sauté for 1 more minute.
Remove from heat, then serve.
Notes
Don’t cook the shrimp for more than 6 minutes.
If using frozen, thaw the shrimp first before cooking.
This dish can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
