Ingredients

grated cassava

milk/evaporated milk

young coconut strings
(buko) or 2 cups grated coconut
Instructions
Preheat convection oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.Transfer cassava mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
Cover Cassava with tin foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
Let it cool before serving.
