Homemade Ginger tea, a very delicious change from herbal remedies and stereotype teas. Very good for your stomach/intestinal comfort and has a pleasing spicy taste nonetheless.

Honey or sugar

Instructions
Peel the ginger, thinly sliced, then pound lightly.
Bring water and ginger to boil, and let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the ginger, then pour the tea into a cup.
Add honey or sugar as desired.
Notes
If you want a stronger ginger tea, boil it for a longer period like 10 minutes.
