mashed bananas

Oil for greasing the pan
Instructions
Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease the loaf pan.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Make a well, then add the mashed banana, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Whisk everything together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
