Instructions
Preheat convection oven to 425F.
In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and fish sauce together.
Arrange the wings in a roasting pan with rack.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425F, then brush the wings with butter and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
