Instructions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Peel the potatoes and cut it into quarters.
Drop the peeled potatoes to the boiling pot of water. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Drain water from the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes using a hand blender, a food processor, or a potato masher.
Add the milk, butter, and salt. Blend well. Serve.
