Creamy peach and pork cooked in mushroom soup. The pork is tender and the peaches add extra flavor to this amazingly delicious dish.

Ingredients

garlic

pork shoulder
sliced thinly

ground black pepper

tablespoon
soy sauce

can mushroom soup
2
cans peaches
drained and reserve syrup ( 2 cans of 540ml)
Salt
if needed
Instructions
Sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
Add the pork, and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add the ground black pepper, soy sauce, mushroom soup, and the syrup from the peaches.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add the peaches.
Continue to simmer until pork is tender, around 15-20 more minutes.
Add salt if needed.
Serve and enjoy.
