Ingredients

Beef ribs
1
tablespoon
oil

cups
water or beef stock

medium-sized potato

stalks of cabbage

handful of spring beans
1
small onion
sliced

whole cloves garlic

tomato

tablespoon
fish sauce
salt and pepper to taste
green onions
Instructions
Using oil in medium heat, fry beef ribs until golden brown.
Add water or stock. Let boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer the meat for 1-2 hours.
Slice onions and tomato.
Add the onions, tomato, and garlic around halfway through the simmering process.
While waiting for the meat to become tender, remove ends of spring beans.
Cut cabbage into pieces.
Cut each potato into 8 piece-cut.
Add the potatoes and fish sauce, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add spring beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cabbage and season with salt and pepper according to taste.
May add green onions when serving. Enjoy.
