Adobo Pork Ribs
Adobo is a very common Filipino dish. Its usually main ingredients are meat, soy sauce, vinegar. I use lemon juice in this recipe.

lemon

pineapple juice

soy sauce

fish sauce

teaspoon
Worcestershire

ground black pepper

small chopped onion
Instructions
Cut each rib individually.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Cover with plastic wrap, and put in the fridge, and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Put the marinated pork in a pan and let it bring to boil.
Reduce to low heat and let it simmer till the liquid is reduced and pork tender (stir occasionally).
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
