Air Fryer Banana (Plantains)
This air-fried plantain is very easy to make and cooks in less than 10 minutes. This recipe can be a snack, an appetizer, or a side dish.

Ingredients

large ripe plantain (or ripe banana and saba banana)
1
teaspoon
oil
optional

teaspoon
cinnamon
1-2
teaspoons
white sugar
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees C.
Peel the plantain and slice it into ¼ inches. Toss the sliced plantain with oil if you choose to do so.
Arrange the sliced banana in the tray.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 200 degrees C. Using a tong, flip the plantain halfway through cooking.
Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle on the plantain and serve warm.
Notes
You can drizzle plantain with your favorite caramel sauce or sprinkle a small amount of sugar.
