Ingredients
2-3
tablespoons
oil
1
pound
peanuts
5
cloves
garlic
minced
½ - 1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Sauté garlic in oil on medium-low heat. Add the peanuts.
Stir the peanuts constantly for 10-13 minutes.
Drain the oil.
Toss in the salt and mix well.
Serve cool.
Notes
It is normal to hear a clicking or splitting sound while frying the peanuts.
I suggest adding salt in small amounts until the desired quantity is achieved.
