Ingredients

chopped strawberries
Instructions
Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease muffin tray or line it with muffin paper liner.
Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, egg, and orange extract. Blend well.
Fold in the chopped strawberries.
Pour the batter to the muffin tray.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Remove from oven, let cool, then serve.
