Ingredients
- Flour
- Sugar
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Milk
- Butter or oil
- Egg
- Orange extract
- Strawberries
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
- Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease muffin tray or line it with muffin paper liner.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, egg, and orange extract. Blend well.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter to the muffin tray.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees F.
- Remove from oven, let cool, then serve.
