    Quick and easy strawberry muffins. Good for breakfast and afternoon snacks.

    Ingredients

    • Flour
    • Sugar
    • Baking powder
    • Salt
    • Milk
    • Butter or oil
    • Egg
    • Orange extract
    • Strawberries

    HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

    • Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
    • Grease muffin tray or line it with muffin paper liner.
    • Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, egg, and orange extract. Blend well.
    • Fold in the chopped strawberries.
    • Pour the batter to the muffin tray.
    • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees F.
    • Remove from oven, let cool, then serve.
