How to Make this Recipe
- Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Add the oil, eggs, and vanilla. Blend well.
- Fold in zucchini, walnuts, and lemon rind. Pour the batter into the grease loaf pan.
