Sweet and delicious Oatmeal Raisin Cookies that a family can enjoy.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING THE COOKIES:
- Unsalted Butter softened
- White sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Flour
- Baking soda
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Ground nutmeg
- Ground cinnamon
- Brown sugar
- Rolled oats
- Raisins


INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES:
- Cream butter with white sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
- Fold in oats and raisin.
- Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
- Drop 1 tablespoonful at a time to the cookie sheet/baking tray.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, then remove from the oven.

TIPS:
Remove the cookies from the oven right away when it’s done so that you won’t get hard cookies.
