This pumpkin sugar cookies recipe is very soft and sweet. It is very easy to make and doesn’t require much time.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
- Unsalted Butter
- Pumpkin Puree (canned)
- Brown Sugar
- White Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla
- Flour
- Nutmeg
- Baking Powder
- Salt
How to Make this Recipe:
- Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line baking tray or cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
- Blend in the eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla into the butter-sugar mixture.
- Fold the flour, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients.
- Drop 1 spoonful or 1 ice cream scoop of the cookie batter on the cookie sheet (lined with wax paper).
- Bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it stand for 10-15 minutes before removing from the baking tray/cookie sheet.
- Enjoy.
TIP:
- When baking cookies, it’s better to line your baking tray or cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
