    Pumpkin Sugar Cookies

    This pumpkin sugar cookies recipe is very soft and sweet. It is very easy to make and doesn’t require much time.

    RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

    • Unsalted Butter
    • Pumpkin Puree (canned)
    • Brown Sugar
    • White Sugar
    • Eggs
    • Vanilla
    • Flour
    • Nutmeg
    • Baking Powder
    • Salt

    How to Make this Recipe:

    1. Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
    2. Line baking tray or cookie sheet with wax paper.
    3. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
    4. Blend in the eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla into the butter-sugar mixture.
    5. Fold the flour, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients.
    6. Drop 1 spoonful or 1 ice cream scoop of the cookie batter on the cookie sheet (lined with wax paper).
    7. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
    8. Remove from the oven and let it stand for 10-15 minutes before removing from the baking tray/cookie sheet.
    9. Enjoy.

    TIP:

    • When baking cookies, it’s better to line your baking tray or cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
