    Oven-Baked Pork Meatballs

    Delicious and easy-to-make oven-baked pork meatballs. The fish sauce and honey blend well together in this recipe. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ pounds ground pork
    • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    How to make this recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
    3. Shape into meatballs around 1 tablespoonful at a time.
    4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until golden brown. I recommend using the baking tray with a rack.
    5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

    How to store

    Place the meatballs in an airtight container, which can be kept in the fridge for 4-5 days.

    What to serve with the meatballs

    Serve the pork meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce. I usually like this with garlic vinegar sauce or sweet and sour sauce.

    Can I substitute fish sauce?

    Yes, you can substitute fish sauce with soy sauce with the same measurement.
