    All-around simple garlic vinegar dipping sauce.

    • garlic, grated or minced
    • vinegar
    • ground black pepper
    • salt

    You can serve this dipping sauce with your favorite fried or grilled meat or fish. Examples are fried chicken, fried fish, lechon kawali, grilled meat.
