I love seafood and I just want to share this recipe with you. I can’t remember where I got this recipe from, but I just remember these three main ingredients: shrimp, oyster sauce, and honey. Over the years, I have been cooking this recipe with those main ingredients in mind. The rest I just made it up myself. I hope you enjoy this dish.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
How to Make this Recipe
- In a pan, on medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Season with oyster sauce and honey and sauté for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat, then serve.
