    INGREDIENTS:

    • Pork Ribs
    • Lemon
    • Pineapple juice
    • Soy sauce
    • Fish sauce
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Ground black pepper
    • Bay leaf
    • Garlic
    • Onion

    How to Make Adobo:

    1. Cut each rib individually.
    2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
    3. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 1 hour. You don't have to marinate it if you are in a hurry but if you have time let the marinade absorb the pork.
    4. Put the marinated pork in a pan and let it bring to a boil.
    5. Reduce to low heat and let it simmer till the liquid is reduced and pork tender.
    6. Transfer to a bowl and serve with rice.
