INGREDIENTS:
- Pork Ribs
- Lemon
- Pineapple juice
- Soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Ground black pepper
- Bay leaf
- Garlic
- Onion
How to Make Adobo:
- Cut each rib individually.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 1 hour. You don't have to marinate it if you are in a hurry but if you have time let the marinade absorb the pork.
- Put the marinated pork in a pan and let it bring to a boil.
- Reduce to low heat and let it simmer till the liquid is reduced and pork tender.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with rice.

- 1 kilogram pork ribs
- 1 piece lemon
- ⅔ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 piece bay leaf
- 7 cloves minced garlic
- 1 small chopped onion
Instructions

- Put the marinated pork in a pan and let it bring to boil.
- Reduce to low heat and let it simmer till the liquid is reduced and pork tender (stir occasionally).
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
