This banana bread loaf is my go to recipe. I love how easy it is to make this bread.

    BANANA LOAF BREAD

    RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

    • Bananas - I would recommend using overripe bananas for this recipe. Use a fork when mashing the banana. If you use a blender it will make the banana bread dry. I tried it, it did not work.
    • Unsalted butter
    • Eggs
    • Vanilla
    • Flour
    • Baking soda
    • Baking Powder
    • Salt
    • Sugar
    • Oil for greasing pan

    How to Make this Recipe:

    1. Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Grease the loaf pan.
    3. Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
    4. Make a well, then add the mashed banana, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
    5. Whisk everything together until smooth.
    6. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
    7. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
