    Fried Sweet Potatoes are a quick and easy delicious snack when you want something quick and healthy.

    When making these sweet potatoes recipe, I usually use the oriental sweet potatoes because I find it sweeter. You can find this kind of potatoes mostly in any oriental grocery stores, though I found it in a grocery store that is not oriental.

    RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

    • Sweet Potatoes
    • Oil for frying
    • Sugar

    How to Make this Recipe:

    1. Peel the sweet potatoes.
    2. Slice them into ยผ inch in thickness.
    3. Soak the sliced sweet potatoes in water for a few minutes to remove the starch.
    4. Deep fry in heated oil until golden brown.
    5. Sprinkle with sugar if desired, or you can eat them without sugar.
