This cassava cake is very tasty and sweet. It is good for snacks or as a dessert. I made this cake using frozen grated cassava, you can also use freshly grated cassava if you have it available.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
- Grated Cassava
- Eggs
- Coconut milk
- White sugar
- Milk/evaporated milk
- Condensed milk
- Coconut strings (buko) or grated coconut
TOOLS NEEDED:
- 9x13 inches baking dish
- Tinfoil
- Spatula or egg beater
How to Make this Recipe:
- Preheat convection oven to 325 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Transfer cassava mixture into a 9x13 inches baking dish.
- Cover Cassava with tin foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
TIP:
- If you are using frozen grated cassava, thaw it first.
