    Mango Salsa

    This mango salsa that I made is so yummy. It has sweetness from the mango and also has a sour taste to it from the lime juice. It is good to serve it as a condiment, or add it when you are making a taco. The flavor is amazing. You will not regret making this one. It is quick and easy to make.

    RECIPE INGREDIENTS

    • Ripe Mango - Please make sure that you pick ripe mangoes for this recipe.
    • Tomatoes - Try not to use overripe tomatoes.
    • Onion
    • Lime juice
    • Cilantro
    • Salt
    • Cumin

    How to Make the Salsa

    1. In a large bowl, combine the mango, tomatoes and onions.
    2. Add the lime juice, cilantro, salt, and cumin.
    3. Combine everything and then keep in the refrigerator when ready to serve.
    4. Enjoy.

    TIP

    • If you are in a hurry and do not have much time, you can always use a food processor to make the mango salsa.

    • 2 cups of finely diced tomatoes

    • 2 tablespoons lime juice

    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ยผ teaspoon cumin
