    Quick and simple Homemade Mashed Potatoes for dinner.

    Ingredients

    • Potatoes
    • Water
    • Milk
    • Softened butter
    • Salt

    HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

    • In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
    • Peel the potatoes and cut it into quarters.
    • Drop the peeled potatoes to the boiling pot of water. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
    • Drain water from the potatoes.
    • Mash the potatoes using a hand blender, a food processor, or a potato masher.
    • Add the milk, butter, and salt. Blend well. Serve.

    • 6 cups of water
    • ยฝ cup milk
    • ยฝ cup softened butter
    • ยฝ teaspoon salt
