    Baked Corn and Potatoes in Tin Foil Packet

    Baked Corn and Potatoes in Tin Foil Packet is best eaten when having steak, chicken, or pork for dinner.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • Potatoes
    • Corn niblets, drained
    • White sugar
    • Oil
    • Butter

    How to Make this Recipe:

    • Preheat convection oven at 375 degrees F.
    • Prepare tin foil around 1 foot in length. Set aside.
    • Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
    • In a bowl, combine the potatoes, corn, sugar, and oil.
    • Pour the mixture into the tin foil, fold the middle and then the edges.

    • Put the tin foil in a baking tray, then bake in the oven for 1 hour at 375 degree F.

    • Add butter and mix.  
    • Put in a bowl, then serve with your favorite beef, chicken, or pork dishes.
