    Beef Ribs Soup (Nilagang Baka)

    Beef Ribs Soup is a healthy and delicious soup. I love to eat this during especially during winter times. Please enjoy.

    Recipe Ingredients:

    • Beef Ribs
    • Oil
    • Water or Beef stock
    • Potatoes
    • Cabbage
    • Spring beans
    • Onion
    • Garlic
    • Tomato
    • Fish sauce
    • Salt
    • Ground black pepper
    • Green onions

    How to Make the Soup:

    1. Using oil in medium heat, fry beef ribs until golden brown.
    2. Add water or stock. Let boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
    3. Simmer the meat for 1-2 hours.
    4. Slice onions and tomato.
    5. Add the onions, tomato, and garlic around halfway through the simmering process.
    6. While waiting for the meat to become tender, remove ends of spring beans.
    7. Cut cabbage into pieces.
    8. Cut each potato into 8 piece-cut.
    9. Add the potatoes and fish sauce, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
    10. Add spring beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    11. Add cabbage and season with salt and pepper according to taste.
    12. May add green onions when serving. Enjoy.

    Ingredients

    • 1 kilogram Beef ribs
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 8 cups water or beef stock
    • 2 medium-sized potato
    • 6-8 stalks of cabbage
    • 1 handful of spring beans
    • 1 small onion sliced
    • 3 whole cloves garlic
    • 1 tomato
    • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • green onions
