This easy apple muffins are yummy. Easy to make.
It's fall season again. I love how the trees look in the fall. It is also time to harvest apples if you have apple trees in your yard. Our 2 apple trees are still not bearing fruit. Fortunately, our very nice neighbor invited us to pick some apples in his yard. We harvested a lot of apples from his apple tree.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup melted butter or oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup finely chopped apples, unpeeled and cored
How to Make this Recipe
- Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease the muffin tray or line it with muffin liner cups.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add the milk, melted butter or oil, and egg. Blend well.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
