This guacamole dip is perfect for nachos and taco. If you love avocados and nachos, please try this recipe and let me know what you think.
INGREDIENTS:
- Ripe avocados
- Minced garlic
- Lemon or lime juice
- Salt
- Chopped chili (optional)
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE:
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the seed, and then remove the flesh.
- Using a fork, mashed the avocado to desired consistency.
- Add the garlic, lemon or lime juice, salt, and chili. (I didn’t add chili when I made this because my husband can’t handle spicy foods.)
- Blend everything well.
- Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until ready to use.
TIPS:
It tastes better if you put the guacamole dip in the fridge overnight.
Try to add a small amount of garlic first, because the garlic can be overwhelming. The garlic flavor blends well if left overnight in the fridge.
