    Ingredients

    For the Topping:

    • All-purpose flour
    • Brown sugar
    • Softened butter
    • Cinnamon

    For the Cake:

    • White sugar
    • Softened butter
    • Eggs
    • Vanilla
    • Buttermilk
    • All-purpose flour
    • Baking soda
    • Baking powder
    • Salt

    HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

    For the Topping:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together. Set aside.

    For the Cake:

    1. Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Grease 8 x 8-inch square pan, then set aside.
    3. Cream sugar and butter, then add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk.
    4. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
    5. Mix in the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until well combined.
    6. Pour the batter into the square pan, then sprinkle the prepared topping evenly on top of the cake batter.
    7. Place the square pan in the preheated oven.
    8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
