HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
- Prepare the bread. Set aside.
- Beat the eggs, milk, vanilla, and orange extract.
- Melt butter or margarine in the pan on medium heat.
- Dip one slice of bread at a time to the egg mixture for 15 to 20 seconds, then immediately place the bread into the pan.
- Fry the bread for around 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat the process for the bread until are finished.
- Serve with your favorite syrup, fruits, or preserves.

You can replace vanilla and orange extract with a variety of flavors, like lemon extract, jackfruit extract, ground cinnamon, or nutmeg. I suggest you experiment with adding a few combinations of flavors.
Tips
- Do not dip the bread for longer than 30 seconds, because it will make your bread to become soggy or mushy.
- Once you dip the bread into the egg mixture, you need to fry it right away.
