    Basic Pancakes

    This basic pancakes recipe is a classic breakfast that can be topped with a variety of flavors.  This pancake can be topped with blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, or any fruit you can think of. You can then drizzle it with your favorite syrup.

    INGREDIENTS

    • all-purpose flour
    • white sugar
    • baking powder
    • teaspoon salt
    • eggs
    • milk
    • melted butter or oil
    • Extra oil for the pan

    HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

    1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    2. Add the eggs, milk, and butter. Blend gently together.

    3. Preheat skillet or pan to medium heat, drizzle with small amount of oil.

    4. Pour ½ cup batter into the pan, when the pancake starts to have bubbles, turn pancake over.

    5. Repeat step 4, until done.

    12 for ¼ cup batter

    Ingredients
