Quick and simple avocado smoothie with 3 ingredients is perfect for morning or during hot summer days.

    avocado smoothie on a jar

Growing up, we usually eat mashed avocado combined with crushed ice and sugar. We didn’t really have a blender when I was young, so making a smoothie or milkshakes is not something we did.  Living in Canada and learning about making a smoothie is simple yet enjoyable. It is one of the best ways to make nutritious drinks.

So, enjoy this really simple recipe and let me know how you like it.
