    Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

    Sweet and delicious Oatmeal Raisin Cookies that a family can enjoy.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Unsalted Butter softened
    • White sugar
    • Eggs
    • Vanilla extract
    • Flour
    • Baking soda
    • Baking powder
    • Salt
    • Ground nutmeg
    • Ground cinnamon
    • Brown sugar
    • Rolled oats
    • Raisins

    HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

    1. Cream butter with white sugar until smooth.
    2. Add eggs and vanilla.
    3. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar.
    4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
    5. Fold in oats and raisin.
    6. Chill dough for 1 hour.
    7. Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F.
    8. Drop 1 tablespoonful at a time to the cookie sheet/baking tray.
    9. Bake for 12-14 minutes, then remove from the oven.

    TIPS

    Remove the cookies from the oven right away when itโ€™s done so that you wonโ€™t get hard cookies.
