STEP FOUR: Add the oil, eggs, vanilla, and ube flavoring.
STEP FIVE: Stir in cooked grated ube, and chocolate chips until well combined. Leave some ¼ cup of chocolate chips to sprinkle on top.
STEP SIX: Bake for 25-30 minutes.
STEP SEVEN: Let it cool for at least an hour before serving. This ube brownie can be left for 3 days at room temperature or 5-7 days in the refrigerator.
