    Creamy Peaches and Pork delicious

    Ingredients

    • Garlic – The garlic is minced or can be sliced.
    • Onion – Medium-sized onion is needed, and chopped coarsely or can be sliced.
    • Pork Shoulder – You will need 1 ½ pound of pork shoulder. The pork needs to be thinly sliced for this recipe. I do not recommend using pork loin for this recipe because the pork loin will be overcooked and will just get dry.
    • Ground black pepper
    • Soy sauce – You will need 1 tablespoons of soy sauce.
    • Mushroom soup – 1 can of mushroom soup is needed. Makes the dish creamy and adds flavor.
    • Peach – I used 2 cans of 540 ml canned peaches. The syrup is reserved for this recipe to be used as instructed.
    • Salt – Add only if needed. It depends on how much salt you like. I usually add a dash of salt when I make this.

    How to make this recipe

    1. Sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
    2. Add the pork, and sauté for 10 minutes.
    3. Add the ground black pepper, soy sauce, mushroom soup, and the syrup from the peaches.
    4. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    5. Add the peaches.
    6. Continue to simmer until pork is tender, around 15-20 more minutes.
    7. Add salt if needed.
    8. Serve and enjoy.

    Tip

Add salt only if needed because the soy sauce and the mushroom soup already have enough salt.

    How to store

Place the leftover dish in an airtight container for a week in the refrigerator.

    What to serve with

This dish is best served with vegetables, biscuits, dinner rolls, or rice.
