The best way to reheat pork lechon and get that crispy skin is by using an air fryer. The taste remains the same and the roasted pig is delicious.

    What is lechon?

Lechon means roast pig in the Filipino dialect. Typically, you can have pork or chicken lechon, but if people say lechon, it usually implies pork roast. One of the best parts of lechon is the crunchy skin.
